No individual packaging! So that means less waste!
I really like that these are just in a bag with no individual packaging or strings or tags. I just popped one in hot water and I get a super minty and refreshing tea.

Relaxing and calming tea
This tea is absolutely a must in my house. I drink one cup of this tea 4 hours before going to sleep and another cup 2 hours before. It has a calming effect. Lemon balm is highly recommended to help the central nervous system and I believe it has helped me a great deal especially with the quality of my sleep. I like the fact that it is organic and the bags contain a consistent quantity. No extra fancy bag individual packaging to pay for just the actual dry herb with great benefits. Good price also. As a matter of fact I have shared the bags with friends and family and now they are purchasing it also.

I have drank herbal teas for years and always looking to try new ones that are caffeine free. Great selection but the flavor wasn’t as I expected. I’m making myself drink through this, so it doesn’t taste bad, just not as much flavor is that I hoped for.
