This tea tastes great and really helps sooth sinus issues. It does not make you drowsy but rather calms you and alleviates those sinus issues so you are better able to fall asleep. It’s an essential in our house and is enjoyed by adults and teens alike!

I really enjoy this Sleepytime Melatonin Tea—it has the classic, soothing herbal flavor I love from Celestial Seasonings with the added bonus of melatonin to help unwind before bed. The taste is smooth and comforting, with a nice blend of chamomile, mint, and other calming herbs.While it definitely helps me relax, I find the melatonin effect to be pretty mild. If you’re looking for something very strong, you might need an additional sleep aid. But for a natural, gentle way to wind down, this tea does the job!Would definitely buy again, just wish the melatonin was a bit more noticeable.

I wondered why my cat kept tearing into these teabags when I left them on the counter. It contains catnip! (which is related to mint.) So this is clearly a treat for both humans and felines.

Really works, 2 bags and in a large cup, 40 minutes before bed and I sleep like a baby! Shame that it’s so overpriced. Hopefully other companies will start making their own products to drive down the extortionate price!
