Best little kettle
Very cute and effective sturdy little kettle. Looks great, easy to use, pours great and is the fastest zero to boiling kettle I have ever used. I believe it’s the “watts” but Im no electrician so just perfectly boiling water when I need it.

We bought this kettle earlier this summer, really for a visiting family member who prefers electric kettles. We used it consistently for about four months, and it’s worked very well. It’s easy to use. It boils water remarkably quickly and then shuts off automatically. The water tastes normal – not plastic-y or tinny like other electric kettles I’ve had. It’s exterior wipes clean without difficulty. We haven’t gotten any scale on the inside so far. We’d both recommend it.

Good! Boils quickly and looks super cute. My one issue is that the stand/base is really light and lifts up if the cord is at an angle when you don’t have the kettle on it. I wish it was a bit heavier/sturdier with some weight since right now its easy to knock if you’re not careful. A longer cord would also be nice, but I understand most people have it on a counter and not in a dorm so maybe its better to have a shorter cord.

I bought 2 of these Electric Kettles.Anfilank Electric Gooseneck Kettle, 1L 1500W Fast Boil, 100% Stainless Steel BPA Free Pour-Over Coffee & Tea Kettle, Water Boiler with Auto Shut & Boil-Dry Protection, Green.My trusty ole HB 40870 Stainless Steel 10-Cup Electric Kettle finally finally croaked on me after almost 11 years of multiple daily use.Oh, how I was devastated! – I almost cried! – I did not realize how long I’d had that Kettle, until it died!Then, I got very busy shopping online for another Electric Kettle, ASAP!My old HB one was somewhat large for just 1 person, as it was a 10 cup version.It was also very noisy.But it heated water pretty quick.AND, that water got very hot, like past the boiling point, to where it quiets down as it boils, which I loved!So, I was just gonna buy the updated HB version that Amazon currently sells.THEN, I accidently spied this attractive, sexy, mint green, beauty…Yeah! Good Looks do count!For me, it was basically love at 1st sight!I just HAD to have this Electric Kettle!So… I bought 2 of them. One for home use and one for at my desk in my office.THE GOOD POINTS:- To me, this Anfilank Kettle has an extremely attractive shape and design!!!!- The long, sleek, gooseneck spout pours the hot water beautifully, whether over coffee or tea!- Smaller size takes up less space on my small kitchen counter, and also on my office tea/coffee cart.- The smaller size also means this Kettle is quieter that my old 10 cup beast/kettle/workhorse!- The lovely Mint Green Color is a nice change from the typical brushed Stainless Steel finish.- The water does reach the boiling point quickly.- The auto-shut-off works well… Maybe too well, cuz the water is not quite hot enough for my needs.THE NOT SO GOOD POINTS:- It is quite difficult to see the fill-lines inside of the Kettle.- You need to remove the lid and set it down to be able to fill the Kettle.- The water just gets to the boiling point and then it shuts off, so that water is not as hot as I’d like.- This is a pretty small Kettle at 1 Liter, so that’s about 4.2 of 8 oz. cups, or 2 of my16 oz. mugs.- DO NOT OVERFILL this tea Kettle!- If you have OVERFILLED this Tea Kettle, as you try to pour the hot water, it leaks out at the bottom!IN CONCLUSION:- I do really miss that old larger capacity kettle, as I drink a lot of tea and coffee throughout my day.- I also totally miss not being able to get my water as hot as I would like, especially for my teas.- So for these 2 reasons, I have now bought that newer HB model Kettle.I’ll probably keep 1 of these Mint Green Beauties, just because they are so darn pretty!And occasionally, I do want water that is not super, duper hot.But for the most part, old habits die hard, as I’m addicted to getting super HOT water outta my Kettle!I’m also used to a larger capacity Kettle with hotter water, even if it has to come from a different and somewhat unattractive Kettle.Oh how life can be so hard and complicated sometimes! ; )UPDATE 09/19/2024:- So… I have been using this Anfilank Electric Gooseneck Kettle for a little over 6 months now, and I totally LOVE this little electric Kettle, so I kept the other one for my office!- I love the size, even though I have to fill it much more often.- I love the shape, as it is just so attractive.- I totally love the slender pour spout, which keeps splatter own and is easier to direct the hot water.- I have gotten used to this Kettle and now the water temperature seems fine to me.- I did keep that second Anfilank Electric Gooseneck Kettle I had bought and I use it in my office.- I really love this Kettle and I hope the company keeps making this model as it has the nicest shape for an electric Tea Kettle that I have seen!UPDATE 10/04/2025:- I STILL love this Anfilank Gooseneck Electric Kettle in the pretty Light Green color.- I have been using the original Tea Kettle I purchased for my home use, 3 or 4 times every single day.- I’ve used ithe one in my home for over 17 months now, for all my hot water needs and it still works perfectly.- I do use Reverse Osmosis water in all of my Tea Kettles, so I never have needed to descale them!- I use that 2nd tes Kettle 6 days a week in my office too.- I love these Anfilank Gooseneck Electric Kettles so much that I actually bought a 3’d one to have as a spare.- So, YES, I am STILL super Happy with these AWESOME and cute Tea Kettles!

This electric tea kettle works quickly. Water heats up within 1 minute. It is efficient. I ordered the turquoise as a Valentine’s gift for my mother. She lives in FL. My mother drinks lots of tea and starts every morning with a nice cup of decaf Chamomile tea. Believe it or not, my mother used to heat up water in a small container on her stove top (not a tea kettle). She would forget to turn off the stove (not safe). My mother likes that the water heats up super-fast. She likes that it turns off automatically (this is really WHY I purchased it for her). She said it is very quiet and very well made. The durability is excellent. It’s all stainless steel, except for the handle and the top to the lid. My mother also likes that it is easy to clean/wash and appreciates the NO leakage spout. The long spout is sleek and modern. The price point is affordable. The handle is comfortable, and my mother IS enjoying using this beautiful electric tea kettle. I love that it turns off/shuts off automatically!

Purchased to replace our stainless steel kettle. This looks incredible nice and the performance in great. I was concerned as it is only 1 litre and the kettle it is replacing is 1.7 litre but this boils in 25% of the time, if that, so boiling a large amount of water quickly is easy. I would not hesitate to purchase again. Yes the kettle rocks when it is empty, but once water is in it, it is sturdy.*Here is a tip for those who say their kettles rust. Once you are finished with the kettle pour all the water out and leave the lid off, the heat will dry the kettle in about10 – 20 minutes, then you can put the lid back on.*
