Why did I not find the charging cable and remote control after opening the package?
The charging cable and remote control are stored inside the diffuser’s water tank. You need to open the top cover of the diffuser to access them.
Does the package include a power adapter?
No, the package does not include a power adapter, but it does come with a USB charging cable approximately 39.37 inches long. You must use your own power adapter (rated at 5V/2A or higher) with the diffuser.
Why doesn’t the diffuser work when plugged in?
This is caused by the machine operating at too low a current. Be sure to use a regular 5V2A power adapter.
Why did the diffuser stop working after a couple of fill ups?
Please make sure to avoid letting water flow into the air vents when adding water so that the machine does not work due to water ingress.
Can I use the diffuser without adding essential oils?
Sure. You can also use it as a humidifier without adding essential oils.

Cute and beautiful
I got it yesterday and really surprised me, I absolutely loved it a diffuser with a show relaxing small fireplace. Really surprised me. It’s compact, it spreads fragrance very well throughout the room. The design is simple and modern. Overall, it’s a great little accessory 😉

This diffuser ROCKS!!
I just received my new diffuser this am and so far, I am totally amazed. The colors are vivid, the amount of mist is much more than adequate. The remote is straight forward. I love it. Sooooo cozy looking. I like it so much, I think I am going to order another one for my elderly Mom for her tv room. Appears to be well constructed and set up was simple. By far, the best diffuser I’ve ever had.

My house smells delicious for hours!
This oil diffuser is really cute! I love how my house got smell with just couple drops of oil!I ordered the white color because my house is all gray and white, I add around 7-10 drops of oil and that will be enough in my kitchen to be smell fresh, if you like way more strong you can add more drop and won’t clog. If the water level is very low will just turn off automatically. It doesn’t make any noise and don’t leave my furniture wet.

Beautiful fire and mist. I add peppermint essential oils and it is lovely. Highly recommend for small spaces- but I use in living room in apartment on side table.
