Excellent product; great price; fast shipping
Rubber stretch bands are soo useful and easy to keep handy. The varying tensions allow for casual use and real muscle strain. There are wonderful Youtube sites that show the many uses of these kinds of bands. These are well made. Value is excellent. They work very well for intended use. I have also cut one of these so that it is one large open band – use it for long stretches. Yes, you can build muscles with these. The Youtube vids show how to properly use.

Not good quality but a good set for starters
Not good quality, they stretch far from their original tightness after just a couple uses, making them pretty uncomfortable. It does come with an exercise book and a bag though, it’s a good deal for the price.

Not exactly what I expected!
The bands are fine, but not quite what I was expected. They do stretch well and feel comfortable to use, but the resistance levels didn’t match what I expected. They’re versatile for different workouts and easy to pack away but the size and flexibility weren’t as great as I thought. Good for light workouts

Good for strength training, can be used on their own or together with dumbbells for added resistance. Material seems durable. Great equipment to take on vacation or when travelling and want to continue doing some workouts. The variety of resistance is quite good, so they can be used for full body workouts
