Quality water filters and a reasonable cost
these filters are of excellent quality as we use them in our drinking water pitcher. frankly our city water is unpredictable, iron and calcium content varies. it even has strange odors at times. however once our city water passes through these filters, all is great…fresh. they do have a relatively good lifespan as well. Easy to install, consistent fit.

I love these; they truly make my tap water taste so much better because of the carbon media inside them. I also believe it filters out some of the soluble minerals that cause hardness like calcium and magnesium because my kettle no longer has the white residue on the bottom. They last about a month for my household and I just have them on subscription! They’re great!

Floating Charcoal Fragments in Filler (updated)
9/1/2025 Update: the manufacturer/seller sent me their alkaline filters to try and it is so much better than the regular charcoal filters. The taste is slightly different. This is an honest seller who stands behind their products and made things right. It also open up my eyes to buy alkaline filters in the future. I am revising the review to 4 stars.Previous Review: Filters seem to work fine and the price is good. But there are some unsightly black charcoal (I hope) tiny fragments floating in the water filler compartment. It is the same for the several cartridges I ran through. May be it is acceptable but I wouldn’t buy this again since I didn’t see these floating things with the other brand of filters I have used.

Great filters, get’s rid of bad taste in water. Also excellent customer support from Krystal.
Affordable filters especially when you go through a lot of drinking water every day. Tap water is clearer and tastes a lot better. Save a lot of money from buying bottled water and also not having to carry it in and store it. I had a problem and contacted Customer Service, Krystal responded quickly and fixed the issue. Will buy these again when needed. Thanks again Krystal for your help.
