Soft and heavy
Very soft and heavy. The dark blue color is very dark. We got it as a Christmas present for our dog, who is getting on in years and just wants a soft, comfy place to snooze. We draped it over his heated bed and he happily slept the rest of Christmas away. I’m sure he’ll enjoy it through the winter and even into summer, although I can’t imagine he’ll ever climb underneath it in warmer weather because it really is a warm and heavy blanket.I washed it on the delicate cycle and then laid it out on the deck railing in the sun to dry and it came out beautifully.

JET BLACK SLIPPERY, SOFT SLEEKNESS!
As soon as I lifted the Amazon package up, I knew. I knew by the weight of the package that this was going to be the best blanket ever.. And sure enough…it IS! I I opted for the “Thickened Twin 60″X 80” size. It is JET black. It feels like a giant fur. Except without the animal. It is a HEAVY blanket. I wouldn’t say “heavy” in a too thick, too hot sorta way, though, it’s just got some good weight to it. It feels the same on both sides, but there is a visual difference. The top has the pillow puffs. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. I’m glad I went for the black. It’s not like a cheap, comforter type of black. It’s a sleek, soft, slippery JET black. As soon as I draped it over me on my couch, my 2 delinquent teenage cats INSTANTLY were up, and on it. On me. They also LOVE it. I already, within about 20 minutes of opening it, ordered another black one for my sister for a Christmas gift.This is WELL, WELL, WELL worth every penny. And with saying that, from what I see, is about 300% cheaper than some others that I have seen advertised. $60 bucks for a blanket of this caliber is a steal.

Wish I could wear this throw blanket
This is a very soft almost silky fur throw blanket and it adds much needed warmth and coziness to my dark den. It looks high end and it still looks like the day I bought it, despite being on a high traffic sofa. No shedding at all. It feels cool to the touch and is breathable. It folds easily and drapes well, but also looks perfect just “thrown.”I’d buy 50 of them if it was reasonable, or I would fill a tub with them and just sit in it all day. It’s that good. Seriously.

Super soft and cute
Got it as a gift, feels so soft and luxurious! I’ll note you can’t tumble dry it, but at least it can go in the washer – you just have to hang dry (but that can be annoying or not possible for some folks). Warm and has nice thickness to it. Color was also accurate (dusty rose or pink I think it was) and is a lovely color!

Thickened blankets are actually weighted blankets
Very soft blanket. I like the feel of it. I removed a star because the “thickened” blankets are actually weighted blankets.They’re not thicker with more fluffy material inside. Instead there’s a thin and heavy material added inside the thickened blankets.

This is really very nice. I ordered the tye-dye coffee thickened twin -beautiful color. It’s still a throw size (i personally wouldn’t go smaller) with a nice weight but not heavy. It’s very soft – you want to snuggle in. You get what you pay for. Great quality. I have had no issues with shedding.I’ve ordered 2 more in different colours as xmas gifts. May still order another for me.
