I have been using Boudreaux’s Butt Paste for a short time now, and so far I really like it. It is very effective and works quickly to soothe and protect the skin. the best diaper rash cream!
Thick and sticks to skin well, but is not difficult to wipe away when cleaning babies skin after a soiled diaper. Works much better than Desitin! I tried a small amount of this on my grandaughter, who has had an angry red rash for a week. By the time her parents arrived to pick her up 8 hours later, her rash was nearly gone!

This diaper cream is a must-have. It works fast, usually clears up redness or irritation within a day or two. The texture is thick enough to stay in place through the night, but it wipes off easily when it’s time for a diaper change.It doesn’t have a strong smell and feels really gentle on sensitive skin. A little goes a long way, so the 2 oz tube lasts longer than you’d think. I’ve tried a few different brands, and I always end up coming back to this one. It just works.

I purchased this butt paste because our pediatrician recommended us this brand. However it was so so thick for us. It did do its job and healed her skin, but was very hard to spread. Maybe because we were new parents? But it does guarantee what it says in a short amount of time. I recommend it to parents who are used to spreading very strong, thick diaper creams.

Great but sometimes oily
This helped my baby so much when he had a bad diaper rash! We use it nearly every day now and still have over half the tub left. It does sometimes seem to almost separate? Sometimes the cream will feel very oily and not want to stick to the skin well, but we usually wipe it on his diaper and rescoop and it works fine

It is definitely a little pricey but very little amount of paste is required, its been over 6 months and i still have almost full of the container. My baby is 6 months old and never had a rash all thanks to this butt paste.

I have never rated any product as one star before no matter how terrible it was but this is really bad!! wanted to try this cream to prevent chub rub as I have used other known brands for that, but it ended up being extremely sticky and caused blisters on my skin. I wish I could return it as I only used it once and never again. Just wondering how this even works on babies skin.
