Love this system
This was so easy to put together I did it myself. The poles are strong and hold a lot of weight. They’re also adjustable for different sizes. I liked that I could design it the way I wanted to. Everything is in the box and it gives so much storage space and just a clean appearance to my new closet.

Good use of space
We installed this about a week ago and so far so good! It has made much better use of the space and everything was included. It was easy to assemble but definitely need 2 people for some of the installation steps.

Closet organizer
Game changer to upgrade a builder-grade closet. Love how it’s customizable and adjustable to whatever size space you have. One piece had a chip in it, but we were able to hide it thankfully. I recommend this and would purchase it again for other closets in my house.

Low Quality through and through
Quality is pretty low. Even after assembly shelves have a bit of a wobble to them. I even double checked everything was tight and still an issue.Additionally instructions are pretty poor even for a cheap Chinese made product.Also product is 82.5″ tall but cannot go in a room shorter than 85″ due to having to lift the top portion up and onto some wooden dowels.Overall, its a 3 star product maybe a 2. You get what you pay for and I wouldn’t trust hanging more than maybe 30-40 lbs on the racks.

top shelve front corner was damaged- the box had been broken open- I clamped and glued the side and everything is okay despite some appearance defect- I did not want to return the item for one corner- product should be packaged with better material
