Effective relaxation choice
I was personally looking for something after the holidays that would help with relaxation and sleep, and I thought this was a great option. This supplement comes in a set of two. The supplement is in dark glass not plastic. The set of two is a great value for the price. This supplement contains several different healthy things that together help with sleep and relaxation. One of the things that the supplement has is magnesium. magnesium is something that really helps with sleep and several people are deficient in. Another great thing this supplement has is immune support that is important all year long, but especially during the winter months. it can also help with stress. The supplement is blueberry flavored. You can simply add it to water juice. please do your research. it is good quality and works effectively for me. Everyone is different.Please do what works for you I have been able to relax just a little since receiving and taking this supplement. This supplement has clear instructions. So simply just follow the instructions safely and you should have a great experience. I would definitely order it again and recommend to others.

I was shocked to actually notice results!
I’m going to start off to say that I just took one star off because I do feel like this could be a better value for my money. You need both bottles to get you through just one entire month and if you’re also purchasing other supplement products, this will add up really fast and may not be affordable to sustain.However, overall this is a REALLY good product!It may take some time for you to be able to notice results, so take it consistently for a week before you decide if it’s working or not for you. I found that I was able to see a noticeable difference after 3 days. (I am picky when I’m trying out vitamins, so I wanted to make sure that nothing else is interfering, so I can make sure it’s a correct result).These Cortisol Drops have soooo many different benefits to them! They can help with a wide range of things such as; relaxation, sleep, stress, focus & energy. I appreciate That the company is very transparent, and offers you a full ingredient list. If you have gone through it before your purchase, you can see that there are many beneficial ingredients that are all natural.I like that this has such a high absorption rate, can my body tends to not absorb certain vitamins very easily and so when I can find drops that are easy for me to take. This helps so much!I have to give a 100 for the taste and texture!!I have a very expensive gag reflex and have hard time swallowing pills, and just getting anything down that does not have a good taste. I have yet to find many supplements that are easy for me to take this way because I have multiple that look and feel so oily.This has a really good taste to it, it’s not like too tart or strong, but it’s just the right amount of sweetness. It does say that you can mix it in water or juice, but I was really happy to find out that they’re easy to take alone as well.Overall, I really do like this product and I would consider purchasing it again!

Special stress relief!
I tried this myself and I have one to my mom.This supplement packs a punch for me and my mom! It eases my anxiety, depression and provides enough stress relief to ease myself into a better sleep quality.The taste of it is pleasant along with its strong effects and the high quality ingredients it’s produced with. It’s easy to swallow by itself but much easier if used with a glass of water.My mom has tried this herself and she loves it. She’s not stressed out about everything nor is she having mental breakdowns like she used to.That just proves how much stronger this supplement is packed with high quality ingredients and vitamins to keep the cortisol levels down into a manageable level.

Went through product too quickly.
Had to take more than the directions to help me with sleep. Overall supplement is ok; however, prefer the pill Ashwagandha supplements.
