How to Descale/Clean the Kettle?
1. Filling the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water.
2. Boiling the liquid and leave it for 2 hours, then use a cloth to clean and wipe.
3. Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft, clean cloth.
4. Repeat as needed.

Awesome kettle
This kettle works great! it’s easy to set up, doesn’t take up hardly any counter space and heats water quickly. The auto shut off works well and you can hear the click when the kettle stops heating. The cord length fits my needs as I have it plugged in next to the outlet and there’s not a lot of cord in the way. The kettle pops off the warmer and is easy to port around the kitchen wherever you need to pour water.

Toxin free kettle! Pretty too!
Omg i love this! So I listen to a podcast called toxin free-ish and it’s basically this industry expert who provides really helpful tips, facts, and information about products that have toxins and better safer alternatives that do not. THIS kettle IS toxin free! Omg! Like look it is a glass kettle, the lining doesn’t include any harsh chemicals, including the mesh straining part is toxin free which is literally one of the most important parts because that is what os touching the water you’re about to consume and the last thing you want is to dress it in chemicals. So yaaa toxin free product here. I did a lot of research myself before buying it, but also look at that price! You really can’t beat it. So people might go for perhaps an $18 plastic instant kettle but this is one an affordable, beautiful, reliable, and safe kettle. I’ve used the plastic ones (this new kettle is my upgrade when I learned about the toxins lol) I just love this. I bought it a few months ago and I’ve waited to write my review to include how it holds up and it is wonderful. It boils water pretty quickly, I like the blue color for more of an ambient soft mood in the home then like an intense screech. It’s lightweight, and I like because the glass is see through it’s so much nicer to clean, my old kettle was black and I felt frustrated that I just couldn’t see the inside. I also think the clear class looks pretty chic. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful Glass Kettle
This kettle looks beautiful and works perfectly. It heats water very fast, is quiet, and easy to use. I love that there is no plastic inside — the water tastes clean. The blue light looks great and makes it easy to see when the water is boiling. Very happy with this purchase.

A TRULY EXCELLENT PRODUCT . . . . UNTIL IT STOPS WORKING.
A truly great electric kettle . . . . while it works. It’s very well constructed and works almost flawlessly. It rapidly heats to your selected temperature in quality stainless and glass, maintains this temperature for an hour before it automatically turns off unless you do so yourself before an hour. Wide range of available temperatures. audible signals for reaching selected heat settings, beautiful design, large capacity, and all the good things. The big con is that we we give our unit very heavy use (like about 4-5 full loads per day, and lots of additional smaller loads), and it only works for about one year before it stops working. We have gone through 4 units in 4 years (all purchased from Amazon), and we will keep on buying them because the unit performs so exceptionally well and works best for us.

Having this has been a game changer for drinking more tea. This is a well built quality kettle. It heats water up quickly without having to use the stove and looks nice sitting out on the counter. I appreciate the blue light turning off when it’s ready to use.

Super nice electric kettle
OK, after reading through the reviews and the complaints about the perforated metal piece on the spout, it’s engineered this way to boil water. What do we mean by this?This perforated spout keeps the heat in the kettle so that the water will actually boil in your lifetime. How do we know? We removed this perforated stainless spout and discovered that it took at least 3x longer for the water to boil and sometimes it didn’t fully boil at all. It’s basic physics. Now that we’ve covered this…We really like this kettle. Fast boil and works as it should. Appreciated that the kettle is all glass with the rest of the areas toughing the water stainless steel. Like it so much we now have back-up of same. Oh, and it’s really a nice bright red, which we like, too.For kettle longevity, we now use only reverse osmosis carbon filtered water (hard water region), and we remove the kettle from its base after boiling to allow the ECU to cool down completely. With the new ECU boards in everything instead of old-fashioned, reliable and easily replaced fuses, we realized that removing the kettle from its base after a boil will help improve its lifespan. We now do the same with our countertop toaster by leaving open the door after a toast. Otherwise, the amount of insulation to prevent the ECU’s from melting, which is why these products fail usually within 2 years, would mean some gigantic ‘small’ kitchen appliances.

I found the electric kettle, to be easy to open and clean, or to fill up with water. The 1.7L of water was fast boiling , no splashing, and easy to use.The blue glow light is easy on the eyes, and looks great in the kitchen. Overall, l highly recommend it.
