Bought “used- very good” condition- missing cubbies
Just received this today and it’s super cute. My daughter loves bluey so when I saw this I thought it would be perfect for her toys and books. The only issue (which is probably my own fault) is that I bought the “Used – very good condition” one instead of a new one and it was missing the 3 little cubbies for the top and the large one at the bottom. Also no instructions or stickers in my box so I was kind of disappointed. It was only about $2 less than the new one so it shouldn’t have been missing THAT many things! It is what is it I guess. It was still easy to put together without instructions and the size was perfect for the little corner I needed it to go on. The value wasn’t too bad either and I thankfully had another storage box that fit underneath where the big cubby was supposed to go so all is well. I’d still recommend but only buy the NEW one!

I love this. I ordered for my babys toys etc as he gets older. Very nice packaging, it was compact and neat. Easy esemble – took maybe 10 minutes tops. Very easy and self explanatory, very cute and good for stuffed animals and books. 10/10 recommend. Good quality.

Got for my son’s toys. It was pretty easy to put together and it shouldn’t be too hard to clean. Maybe a wipe down here and there. The size was a little smaller than I expected but I also didn’t look at measurements. But it’s super cute and my son loves it.

Ugh where do I start…? The product itself is pretty good. It seems to be working well, and it was a good price. We fit a lot of toys onto it even though it looks kind of small. It’s sturdy enough. It’s cute. But WOW this company is hard to deal with! My organizer was missing ONE BOLT. Everything else was there. The bolts were in a sealed bag in a small box inside the package, and as soon as I opened the small box, we saw that it was missing a bolt (so I didn’t lose it – the bag was still sealed). Not a big deal, I just decided to contact the company to get one. I called the number on the instructions… and the phone number told me to email them. Okay fine. I went to email them, and they wanted so much information from me about my product and purchase to just get a singular bolt that they did not provide. Well fine, I needed the bolt, so I gathered all of the information and sent them an email. After a few days, I received an email back where they requested even more information that was supposedly on the product somewhere. I tried to find it and sent them a picture of it, but they emailed back saying they needed something else as well. They said once they got that information, they may have me return the WHOLE product to get a replacement. I eventually just gave up and had my husband measure the bolt and order our own replacement bolt.
