Is 2.4GHz Wi-Fi required?

Yes. A 2.4GHz network is required for setup; 5 GHz not supported

I have a dual-band Wi-Fi router. How can I use it?

Matter devices only work with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and are not compatible

with 5GHz.

How do I initialize the device?

Quickly power on and off the device 5 times, and the light will flash 3

times and then stay on solid. If after restarting the light still flashes 3

times, it indicates that the device is in its initial state and ready for

network setup.

Where is the Matter setup entry in the Alexa app?

You will need to update to the latest version of the Alexa app and then

proceed through the “Add Device” feature. Scroll to the bottom where

you will find “Other,” with a Matter icon. You can use this entry to set up

your device on the network.

How to use the music sync feature?

It’s available only in the Uhome+ app. Please download the app to enjoy it.
