No more pumping pain!
Great quality! It came with directions for sizing that were easy to follow and helped me find my fit. The inserts are easy to clean and put in and take out of my pump. I’ve always despised pumping because it was uncomfortable and made me sore afterwards. I was using the 24mm flange that came with my pump until a lactation specialist suggested these. Turns out I needed a much smaller size flange.Finding the right size helped with pumping pain and increased my milk output!If this honest review helped make your decision, please mark it helpful!

Just what I needed and at a great price!
This is such an incredible deal. With my first daughter I was able to use the flanges that came with the pump no problem, but now with my second I wasn’t getting much of an output at all. I have a willow go and these inserts fit great. I also love the silicone size guide it comes with. Additional pump parts can really start to add up so finding these was such a relief!

There’s an Updated version of the product
There seems to be an updated version of this product. I ordered it twice: the most recent order is clear silicone and my first order was a semi transparent frosted silicone.For my insert size, the frosted version fits the spectra and is great. It’s soft and flexible although hard to read the number (not too big of an issue).The clear version doesn’t fit the spectra 24 flange (tried size 17,19, and 21) so I returned it. It is thinner / less soft. Wish there was the option to choose between the two.

Great set, includes several sizes and the measuring sheet. If you plan on pumping these are a must as you really need to have a flange that fits to make your pumping experience positive! The right flange size will get you more milk, as it’ll provide a better fit around the nipple and make it more comfortable. Pumping kits usually don’t come with multiple flange sizes and instead come with a larger flange that doesn’t fit the majority of woman.
