Best Decision I Ever Made!
I’ve been taking this probiotic now for years and it has saved me from gastric hell and the prodding of well-meaning but clueless ‘specialists’! I was diagnosed with a ‘spastic colon’ or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) a while back and they wanted to stick me with “the purple pill” among others – for life! I was having NONE of that! I did my research, discovered my ‘trigger foods’ and eliminated them; then found out about the Garden of Life line and have been taking it ever since. No more nagging discomfort or excruciating stomach pains – I used to pass out they were so bad!The large bottle with 180 count is a great buy and cost less via AMAZON than the local organic food or supplement retailers. If you’re in the market for a good probiotic, this works exceptionally well for me. I put my mom on it when her doctors were suggesting other laborious regimens for her stomach issues; she’s doing much better on them as well. Do your homework, become an informed consumer – you are your own best advocate when it comes to YOUR health!

Probiotics kill me. Only the soil based Prescript Assist didn’t but I felt no benefits from it.These Garden of Life on the other hand are incredible!!! My stress level on my Garmin watch goes way down for about a half an hour after I take it and my stomach feels blissful, I just hope the good effects last for a longer period over time.

Great Product – Huge Help for Gut Health!
I’m a huge fan of Garden of Life products. I’ve been using their Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, CoQ10, and other basics for years, and they’re the only brand that doesn’t cause heartburn or any digestive issues for me. So, when I decided to try Primal Defense, I had high expectations.The product itself is excellent. The probiotics and gut-friendly ingredients work wonders for digestion. I noticed improvements in my digestion and overall energy levels after just a few days of use. It’s a great addition to my daily routine, and I trust the quality since it’s made with organic ingredients and packed with essential vitamins and minerals.That being said, my only issue was with the packaging. Unfortunately, the capsules arrived broken, and there was a bit of a mess inside the bottle. Some of the capsules were crushed, and the powder was scattered around. This was disappointing, considering how much I trust the brand.Overall, though, the product itself is fantastic, and I’d still recommend it. Just wish the packaging could be more carefully handled during shipping!
