Great for your gut!
This is a good product. For me it helped the IBS disappear. No more constipation or diarrhea when I take it consistently. My only complaint is take the tall plastic bottle is a waste when 30 capsules would fit in a bottle half its size. Over use of plastics is poisoning the earth!

Non-refrigerated version works best for me
The non-refrigerated version works really well for me—my stomach feels comfortable, almost like a “long-lost normal.”One thing to keep in mind: probiotics contain different strains and other active ingredients. It’s a good idea to check the label or ask GPT to see if it’s the right fit for you and to rule out potential allergies.I once tried the refrigerated version by chance, thinking it would be fresher, but I developed allergic reactions—mosquito bite–like bumps and joint discomfort. Even after pausing and restarting, the symptoms came back. Once I switched back to the non-refrigerated version, everything improved.

Missing capsules
I generally like this product as I have used it in the past. This was just delivered and my review has nothing to do with the product itself. First off the bottle seems abnormally large for the amount of space the capsules take up. The capsules also seem a lot smaller than they used to be which is making me question if this is a genuine product, but I really cannot tell for sure. A lot of times I will count the capsules, but not always. I was glad I did this time because this bottle was missing some capsules. It’s not eligible for return, but they said they would issue a return-less refund. Make sure you count your capsules. This product is expensive enough without having missing capsules. Maybe that’s the way of the company saving money and being shady by not putting all of them in there. It seems like lately there’s just a lot of defective products out there and you can’t trust anything anymore…

I’ve been a loyal user of Garden of Life products and purchased 5 bottles of this raw probiotic on 28 Apr 2025. I stored all bottles in my refrigerator from day one, even though the packaging clearly states “No refrigeration required.”I finished the first 2 bottles without issue. But when I opened a new one, I was horrified to see that the contents were badly oxidized and blackened. I opened the remaining 2 bottles and found one more bottle also oxidized, while the last one appeared normal.This is incredibly disappointing and concerning. I followed storage instructions and even went above and beyond by refrigerating, yet still ended up with contaminated or compromised product.I trusted this brand for quality and stability, clearly something went wrong in manufacturing or packaging. Will not be repurchasing.
