This smart watch is amazing.It is the perfect size and width of the screen, I didn’t know these watches can get this narrow but it’s a whole look! It monitors step count, heart rate, sleep, and workouts. I did have some trouble using the qr code to download the app, but upon reading reviews, I saw someone mentioned the name of the app to connect the watch is Glory Fit. Other than that, super easy to connect and to use the app, very straight forward. I like that the smartwatch is also water proof.

Bad calorie tracking, but great for price
I actually love this watch for the price, I think it looks so good in the screen is so clear. I really does everything I would need a Apple Watch to do but for so so so much cheaper. My one flaw with it that really disappoints me is that the calorie tracking is not accurate at all. I was doing a free weights workout, and the calories were going up every second which obviously was not correct. I really wanted this watch to track calories, but I will still be keeping it because it helps me stay. I’m my goals for the most part and note how many steps I’m taking. I like that I can make my watch face any picture just like an Apple Watch and get notifications when text come through. I’m honestly really happy with it and I love the long watch face look!

How do I get it to know when I’ve woken/gotten up and to stop recording for that night’s sleep??The diastolic number is about 20 points lower than my BP cuff indicates.Not sure if this is going to work well enough for me.
