Batteries are included, Fun play ball
The ball takes 3 AAA batteries, but they come with the ball. You just have to remove the tape for connection.The ball is small enough for my 1 year old grandson to be able to grab and throw. It makes a lot of cute sounds and after it is left for a while it tells you it’s going to sleep. No middle of the night noises trying you to play with it.

Great purchase! I bought this toy for my dog, and he’s really into it. He never tears a toy apart. I buy him baby toys all the time, but this one is his favorite.

Doesn’t respond well to 6 month old
It states 6-12 months but for a 6 month old it doesn’t play music when she rolls it. Need to throw on ground to make noise. Also too big for her to throw. She is wobbly on feet so can’t gauge with kicking but probably not yetThe colors are nice and bright and sounds good when get to play. It’s soft and light.Probably will be good as gets older.

Bought this to entertain our six month old grandson. Like most things keeps him occupied for a few minutes here and there then off to something else.

The ball is bright and engaging for 5-12 mn olds. Note that it is quite small but that is an advantage for wee ones that are in the crawling stage and “chasing” the ball.

Bought this for my granddaughter’s 1st birthday she loves it as she is crawling, and the noises of the different animals on there make her very interactive with it, also she tries to make the noises it makes which helps her speech and recognition of the diffent sounds .very pleased.
