FlowWash Real-Time Self-Cleaning Track Mop: The Narwal Flow robot vacuum and mop combo features the revolutionary FlowWash Mopping System with dual water tanks and a built-in scraper. It washes the high-speed rotating track mop in real time, using 113°F hot water and 1.22 kg downward pressure to help remove stubborn stains in one pass—keeping the mop fresh and preventing dirty water from spreading for consistently superior cleaning.
TwinAI Dodge Obstacle Avoidance: Dual HD cameras paired with intelligent AI enable this robotic vacuum to recognize and avoid over 200 object types with high precision—navigating around furniture, sliding through tight spaces, and cleaning close to cords without getting tangled or stuck.
Zero-Tangling Cleaning with 22,000Pa Ultra-Strong Suction: This self-emptying robot vacuum delivers deep cleaning power for fine dust and heavy debris alike. The DualFlow Tangle-Free System cleans every angle without hair wrap: a single-side roller brush channels hair directly into the dustbin, while side brushes automatically switch from V-shape to II-shape for effortless maintenance.
Unmatched CarpetFocus Technology: The Narwal Flow automatically lowers its brush cover to create a sealed high-pressure airflow zone on rugs, boosting pickup performance by up to 2× compared to standard robotic vacuums. It captures embedded debris and pet hair deep within carpets, reducing the need for a separate cordless vacuum.
No Edge Left Behind: A reversing side brush sweeps deep into corners, while the EdgeReach Mop extends to within 5mm of walls—capturing up to most of hidden dust and debris along baseboards and edges for complete room coverage.
Reaches High & Low with Ease: The Narwal Flow robot mop climbs over 1.6″ ledges—including thresholds, U-shaped furniture, and room dividers—without assistance. At just 3.7″ tall, it glides under beds, sofas, and cabinets to clean where you can’t reach, with a slim, stylish design that fits easily into your home.
Control your robot vacuum cleaner hands-free via Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri, or the built-in “Hey Nawa” voice command. Schedule cleanups, adjust settings in the Narwal app for smoother smart-home integration.
AI-Adapted Base Station with Full-Cycle Cleaning: The intelligent base station washes the mops with 173°F hot water and dries them with 104°F warm air, keeping the pads fresh and ready for the next use. A 2.5L dust bag stores up to 4 months of debris, while a built-in stirrer prevents messes—delivering a spotless home with minimal effort.
Reminder 1: Before first use of the Nawal Flow, update to the latest software version for the best overall performance.
Reminder 2: Narwal Flow supports BOTH 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi networks.

If you’re going to splurge, go for the Best!
We decided to go ahead and splurge on a robotic vacuum and mop cleaner. We chose the Narwal Flow. It is a great choice and we feel that it is the best on the market. We did a lot of research, and we first eliminated the models that had the mopping feature with the two-disc pads and also the vibrating pads units as well. The just seem to push the dirt around. We wanted the continuous cleaning roller mop models. The Narwal Flow incorporated this feature but did it even better. They use, for lack of a better way to describe it, a conveyor flat mop approach. See the literature for a better description and pictures. It really does the job and it go back to the station to reclean the mop head whenever it senses that it is getting too dirty. So you always have a clean mop head. The app is not bad and can do everything you need this robot to do. Clean the whole house, clean a room or rooms, or clean zones that you create in the app. after is maps out your home. Tip…. the mapping feature, when you first do it, try get everything off the floors other than the furniture, so that it creates a clean map of your home. You can always split rooms, combine rooms, put in zones, or let it go and clean the entire house. I was in such a hurry that it didn’t quite get a complete accurate mapping, because it couldn’t see all the walls. It wasn’t a big deal to correct, just go ahead and “remap” when you’re ready again. It does not take long. The app is fairly intuitive so connecting to your network is pretty straight forward. This unit comes with all the bells and whistles. It vacuums, it mops or it vacuums and mops, or it will vacuum first, then mop, etc. etc. I personally like the “Zone” feature, because you can tell it to clean the areas that you determine are the dirtiest and let it go! I thought we had a clean house, but the dirty water in the base station tells me a different story. The wood floors just have more shine to them. When it’s through it goes back to the base station and recleans the mop with hot water and dries the mop head as well. Ohh, it also empties out the dust and hair that it picks up as well. Now that we have used it for a few days, my wife will never let me return it. It will be a permanent part of the family from now on. Go get yourself a Narwal Flow, you won’t be disappointed.

Easy, dual-action cleaning from my favorite robotic minion
We just moved into a new home, and the main floor is mostly engineered plank. With three small dogs, it was difficult to keep things looking clean and tidy, mostly because neither my wife nor I felt like sweeping and mopping every other day. We had a Samsung robotic vacuum at our last house, and its performance was disappointing, so we were skeptical about robotic vacuums in general. Still, with so much floor space in need of tending, we thought we’d give someone else a try.Enter the Narwal Flow. After a few weeks of fully automatic cleaning every other night, we’ve been converted to True Believers. The Flow was easy to set up and is even easier to use. I had it set up and doing its first mapping/patrolling within 15 minutes. Every other night, Mr. Narwal leaves his dock, patiently sweeps up all the grass, dirt, and other assorted dog-related grime, and when he’s finished, he mops everything for good measure. The AI does a decent job with avoiding obstacles and self-correcting. It alerts me via the app if it gets into trouble and needs a helping hand. I’ve had to dislodge some area rug grip pads a few times, but I simply yank them out, and Mr. Narwal gets back to business with one click. The broad roller mop is what sold us on this particular robot, and I feel like it was the right choice for our floor. I can’t see any streaks or cleaning marks, and it does a stellar job of cleaning without overwatering. I don’t even use cleaning solution for the mopping; straight tap water seems to be doing the job. Since it only takes a minute, I empty the waste tank and fill the water reservoir every other deployment. The app is pretty straightforward, and it’s fun to see the robot’s progress as it zips around our house. You can even activate the cameras on the robot and see through its eyes if you want to go looking for wayward pets while you’re away.Speaking of pets, we were worried that our dogs would be terrified of this thing, but after the first few deployments, they’ve pretty much accepted that it’s not a threat and generally ignore it. Your mileage may differ, but it’s a win for us.We’ve only had Mr. Narwal for about a month, but I definitely recommend this robot. It’s easy to use and does a decent job on both our area rugs and vinyl plank flooring. Yes, he’s a bit pricier than some models, but it feels like a good investment.Recommended.

    Love the vacuum!
I’m really happy with this robot vacuum. I replaced my old one from 2021, and this new model is a big step up. It empties the dust bin and washes the mop by itself after every run, which makes life so much easier. It cleans faster and covers the whole area more accurately. The mapping is great, it even spots rugs and skips mopping over them automatically. My floors look super clean after each use (photo attached). What I love most is how easy it is to maintain. I used to dread cleaning the old vacuum because it was messy and took forever. Now it’s quick and simple. Definitely worth it.

I’ve been wanting to buy robot vacum and mob for awhile. During black friday week, it went on sale. I bought it and I’m glad I did!!! It came fast and well packaged. The design is simple and clean. It was easy to set up. It took about 8-10 min to map each floor. (I live in three-story townhouse and each floor is approx 600 sqft). I then added details like furnitures and rugs which is not mandatory but it’s supposed to help the robot to navigate more effectivetly. The robot was able recognize the drop-off (the stair leading to dowstair).I read some review on app being not so great but so far I have not found any major issues yet. I appreciate advanced feature such as multi-floor support, suction boost on carpet, ability to adjust suction power and water flow. Only think I don’t like is that it’s tricky to zoom in the map and locate the furnitures and such accurately. Maybe because I have thick fingers and small smartphone screen 🤣My townhouse is hardwood floor with few rugs. I don’t have pet but I’m a long dark hair girl who sheds like crazy. I’ve used it seven times so far and my floors been sparkly clean everytime! My husband is very pleased that he does not have to chase after me with painter tape lol.I was worried about robot getting stuck on rugs/carpet based on some reviews. But so far I have not encountered any probelms. My rugs are only low pile area rugs so I cannot speak for all differnt kind of rugs/carpets. It was so fascinating to watch lifting it’s mob when rugs were detected.High-tech station is fully automated including hot water mob washing, hot air drying, self-emptying is 10/10. I’ve been using little over 2 weeks and have not touched my station except my dirty water compartment. Noise level of the station during mob washing and hot air drying minimal. The station is located on my living room (on the 2nd floor) I can’t hear much when I’m in my bedroom (on the 3rd floor) with door open.I choose Narwal flow over other models since it has roller mob, efficiency and high-tech station and that was definately the right choice!!

The Narwal Flow has completely transformed my cleaning routine and feels like one of the smartest home investments I’ve made. The vacuum and mop work together seamlessly, and the FlowWash system actually lifts dirt instead of just spreading it around — my floors look noticeably brighter and cleaner. Its suction on carpets is impressive, and the AI navigation avoids cables, furniture, and small objects better than any robot I’ve tried before. The best part is the fully automated base station that empties the dustbin, washes and dries the mop, and refills water, making the whole experience truly hands-off. It’s quiet, efficient, and saves me so much time. The app took a little getting used to, but once the map is set up, everything runs smoothly. Overall, this is a premium product that delivers premium results — worth every penny.

Was hoping to be impressed from all the reviews but far from it. The robot keeps on banging into things and hitting things. It even damaged my wood flooring and cabinetry. The mopping is good but everything else is such a pain. Obstacle avoidance is bad. No extending side brush for vacuuming is a terrible poor decision. No modular and removable dirty water tank is just begging for it to break down and not be replaceable is again an anti-consumer decision. And most importantly, this thing CANNOT go near and clean black carpets at all. I will be returning this and not using this company until many things change.

I’ve owned a few robot vacuums over the years, but the Freo Z is on a completely different level. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell it was built with thoughtful engineering and quality in mind. Setup was a breeze, and the app is super intuitive. This thing actually sees and intelligently avoids cables, toys, and even socks. It’s not just bumping into stuff and figuring it out later like older models. I have a girl filled house, and the suction handles hair like a pro. The mopping feature is also impressive—it doesn’t just drag a wet cloth around. It uses hot water, and the self-washing and self-emptying base makes cleaning practically hands-free.What I really love is how quiet it is, especially considering how powerful it is. I can have it running while I work from home or watch TV without being distracted. If you’re looking for a top-tier robot vacuum and mop combo that really delivers on its promises, this is it. It’s not the cheapest out there, but the features and convenience justify the price.
