I’m really impressed with the Freo Z10! It makes cleaning so easy for our family. It vacuums and mops the floors, then empties and washes itself — no extra work needed. The floors always look fresh, and it does a great job getting into corners and hard-to-reach spots. It’s quiet, smart, powerful, and saves so much time.

Great robot cleaner, it is smart and really save me a lot of time and effort when keeping our floor clean. Compared to the old robot cleaner we had, it’s much quieter while cleaning whether it’s vacuuming or mopping. Self cleaning is super convenient and it actually did a great job keeping the mop clean and dry.I also like that you can add a few different map and can choose different rooms or actions to fit your needs when cleaning the floor. The extended mop function is awesome to keep the edges clean. You can also pre-schedule the robot to clean at a certain date and time. Love my Narwal. This is a great buy for me, totally worth it.

I LOVE my NARWAL Robot! As a household with three large dogs, keeping the floors clean has always been a challenge, until now. This robot has completely transformed our cleaning routine.First, it’s unbelievably quiet. I was genuinely surprised by how discreet it is, even while running. Our dogs usually react to vacuum noise, but they hardly even notice the NARWAL. That alone is a huge win!But what really blew me away is how well it handles pet hair. I used to vacuum constantly and still struggled to keep up. This robot picks up everything—hair, dust, crumbs—you name it. It’s thorough and consistent, and I love watching it navigate effortlessly through the house.The mop feature is an incredible bonus. Amazing Upgrade from Older Robot Vacuums – So Much Better!
Coming from a robot vacuum/mop that’s about 5 years old, this robovac is honestly incredible. The improvements in technology over just a few years are really impressive.The suction power is 100% better than my old unit – you can really see the difference in how thoroughly it picks up dirt, dust, and debris. The 15,000Pa suction isn’t just marketing hype, it genuinely performs way better than older models.What really stands out is how much smarter this thing is. The navigation, obstacle avoidance, and overall “intelligence” is leaps and bounds ahead of what I had before. It actually thinks about what it’s doing rather than just bumping around randomly.But the biggest improvement is the mopping function. Instead of just dragging a wet cloth behind it like my old one, this actually mops with real scrubbing action. You can see the difference in how clean the floors look afterward.The self-maintaining base station is fantastic too – it handles so much of the maintenance automatically that you barely have to think about it.Overall, we’re really happy with having the Narwal in the house. It does an excellent job and makes keeping the floors clean so much easier. If you’re coming from an older robot vacuum, the upgrade is totally worth it!

Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! With minimal prep work, I get to have freshly cleaned floors daily!I absolutely love this vacuum/mop combo. I researched for months before purchasing, despite already having family members who swore by it because it is so pricey. I ended up getting it on sale during Prime Days, but I would have paid more now knowing how amazing it is and how well it works. I have used a couple of other vacuum robots and mop robots individually and never been fully happy. While they did the job they left something to be desired, either leaving crumbs behind or leaving streaks or stickiness on the floor. The NARWAL is a game changer in my house.The set-up process was extremely easy, a few minor assembly tasks, fill the water tank, and start the mapping. The mapping took 5 minutes and was right on the first time! After having this for a month and loving it for my main floor, I also found out you can have the robot map a second area, so I took it upstairs in my house and mapped the upper floor and now I can carry the NARWAL upstairs, switch maps, and have it vacuum the upstairs as well!There are so many settings to meet whatever needs you have for your flooring. You can mop and vacuum separately, you can mop and vacuum consecutively, or you can mop and vacuum at the same time! I have 2 rooms with carpet and 3 rooms with hard floors, so I have mine set to vacuum the 2 carpeted rooms first, then to vacuum and mop at the same time on the hard floors. My hard floors are now so clean. I would say the vacuum is sufficient, I still use my stand-up vacuum from time to time, but definitely less now that the NARWAL is running over the area a few times a week. You can change the suction level of the vacuum as well, which helps for different types of carpet. It did get caught on my medium pile carpet once during the first run, but subsequently it does the whole carpeted area without issue. I just always make sure to pick up cords and anything that could be an obstacle, but it has never gotten hung up or stopped by any furniture in my home, unlike previous devices I have used, so it gets around pretty well.The NARWAL cleans my entire home on one battery charge (around 2,000 sq ft), even on the first couple of runs when it ran over each area 2-3 times, so I would say it has a pretty good battery life. The noise it makes is minimal, similar to a large fan, but again with the multiple settings, you can change this to your preference. It recognizes where my rugs on the hard floor as well, so I have the option of either leaving the rugs in place or moving them when I want a deeper clean.

Works as advertised which is something I can’t say about a lot of products. I used to own the original Roomba, and having the extra mopping features with a home that is mainly hardwood floor and has indoor cats is an absolute must. Before my first run, I mopped the floor conventionally to see just how much more this unit was picking up and my waste water was very grimy, after 4 or 5 runs now my hardwood floors have a reflection I haven’t seen in years and the water is still pretty dark on each run, so it’s still picking up old caked on grime.I have this unit covering approximately 1200sqft of a single floor in a single session, and it is able to do so on a single tank of water. The unit is very quiet compared to my old Roomba, especially when emptying the debris, I would allow this to run at night if not for the tiles causing a bump/vibration across the floors.I also really like that the unit cleans and dries it’s mops, and that the mops have a quick disconnect if they get caught up on anything, they don’t do any damage to the unit coming loose. The unit also detects this and immediately stops.The no-tangle brushes are a brilliant design, as someone who had to cut human and animal hair free every week from the Roomba, after 5 weeks I haven’t had a single tangle in any part of the unit, these brushes and the floating roller are game-changing designs.The unit does sometimes have difficulty detecting a shift from hardwood/tile to a rug, but I don’t really consider this a problem because it is just a software issue that can be resolved, and it just made me remove the throw rugs at the front door and let the unit mop up the mess from soiled shoes on the tile, this is also where I saw the mops sometimes catch under the rug and detach from the unit because it didn’t detect the rug quick enough and tried to edge-mode under the rug. Again, I can’t remove a star for this, it’s very situational and others may not experience the same problem.Lastly, I’m really impressed that a device of this nature uses technology like LiDAR to perform it’s mapping, the unit almost never bumps into anything making it’s operation almost unnoticed, and even people or animals getting in the way don’t cause it any issues like with the Roomba.Comments/improvements… it would be that their top 2 models contend with different features, making the choice somewhat arbitrary. One has a stronger mop pressure the other has stronger vacuum suction. It would be nice to have an elite model that is the king of both worlds. I would also consider bigger waste/fresh water tanks to be a bonus, for an area that is larger than 1200sqft you’ll be forced to change the water during each session. My home is 1650sqft per floor, when I tried a full run it couldn’t complete it on a single tank, so I just cut out a couple bedrooms to ensure the main area is done first, then setup a second schedule for the remaining areas.

Le Freo z10 était mon premier robot de ménage. Avec deux chats à la maison, des grains de littière partout et des flaques d’eau, je n’étais pas sûr que ce serait efficace. Mais à ma grande satisfaction, le robot a immédiatement fait bien mieux que moi. Il aspire très fort, ne procrastine jamais, et est très simple à configurer. Je le recommande fortement à tous ceux et celles qui sont écoeurés de vivre dans une maison sale. Il est l’un des rares modèles assez puissant pour les maisons avec des animaux, et surtout, un des seuls robot haut de gamme qui ne vont pas s’autodétruirent bêtement dans une flaque d’eau.Il est extrêmement autonome. Il retourne se mouiller, secher ses moppes, vider sa poussière. Tout ce qu’on a à faire, c’est changer l’eau de temps en temps. Il va même repasser plusieurs fois dans la même pièce s’il détecte un niveau de saleté élevée. D’ailleurs, dans mon cas, son premier nettoyage a été extrêmement long à cause de ca, ce qui démontre qu’il avait beaucoup de rattrappage à faire! Mais ne vous en faites pas, ses prochains passages sont beaucoup plus rapide.En bref, c’est mon meilleur achat de 2025! Il était en promotion au moment de mon achat, et c’est la seule raison pour laquelle j’ai eu le courage de l’essayer. Mais maintenant que je l’ai, je peux affirmer sans honte qu’il vaut amplement son prix. Si je dois lui trouver un défaut, ce serait que très rarement, trop de longs poils peuvent rester coincés dans son bac à poussière, ce qui diminue sa force d’aspiration. Par contre, c’est extrêtement simple et rapide à vider, et ce n’est arrivé qu’une seule fois au début.

I would give it 5 stars but just a couple of things make it not perfect. Navigating in the dark – sounds bad but basically that is what it is. It can’t see well. It will run into things sometimes, drive up on small items so you need to tidy up. It is very good at getting the whole area. Cleaning solution is proprietary. You shouldn’t refill tank as one doesn’t k ow what is in it or it’s proper viscosity but one can try and hopefully don’t damage the machine. Wishing they would sell a larger quantity of cleaner and give us the option. Vacuum and mopping is quite good. Spot clean up is done well.My experience is a vacuum lasts 2 years. I am on my third machine. This being the most expensive I have purchased. I feel it’s been worth it if I don’t have to do cleaning not as often.
