Perfect combo wet/dry vacuum cleaner
After a week of using this combo vac/mop everyday, its definitely makes life a little easier. The fact that it vacuums and mops at the same time, saves me time using the a vacuum to suck up the larger stuff on the floor, then follow it up with a swifter to get the smaller particles stuff, then lastly use the wet swifter wipes to finally clean that. That is a lot of time saved by just using this. the floor comes out really clean and the fact that the it cleans the brushes itself is even better. Its like having the smart robot cleaner but sometimes you have to do the dirty work to get the job done right! I haven’t had any issues with hair, or the unit not self cleaning or issues. Its been nothing but a solid vacuum! 100% worth the buy.

The most bang for your buck!!
This is the third vacuum mop I have owned. It is by far the best. I am amazed at how well it cleans my hardwood and tile floors. At first I thought, it is putting down too much water, but in reality it takes less than 5 minutes for a mopped area to be totally dry!! It also self cleans and dries the mop roller super fast compared to my last vacuum mop. On auto mode the battery easily lasts 40 minutes, maybe more. Some other items to note, super easy to fill the water, super easy to clean the dirty water tank, it is just better than any prior mop I’ve used. Highly recommend this vacuum mop and it’s less expensive than many other brands!!

Absolutely Obsessed – Best Floor Cleaner Ever!
I’m in love with this vacuum! The S20 Pro has completely changed the way I clean. My floors have never looked this good — spotless, shiny, and actually feel clean. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and just as easy to empty and wash after use.What makes it even better is the self-cleaning feature that disinfects the roller — such a game changer! I use it every single day because it’s quick, efficient, and makes cleaning almost fun (never thought I’d say that!).If you’re on the fence, just get it. I’m totally addicted to how clean my floors are now.

If you’re looking for a vacuum that can both mop and clean, this isn’t the right choice. It’s a bad vacuum, and it’s a bad mop. Even if you throw ketchup on the floor, it’s going to fully suck it up after you pass it over 15 times.It’s very lightweight, but the head doesn’t cover much, so you have to pass it over multiple times for it to really take anything off hardwood floors. It also has a little annoying voice that doesn’t stop talking the whole time. It starts talking to you repeatedly, which is annoying.The battery lasts an hour and that would be great if… you didn’t have to put more water in it every 10 minutes and remove the dirty water tank every 5 minutes. So, what’s the point of having an hour of battery life? It takes many hours to charge. When you lay it flat on the floor to go under furniture, the suction lowers substantially to a point where it’s unusable and it pauses all the time because when it sits up right, it pauses there’s no pause button. You simply have to sit it up right and then pause, which is annoying.it don’t actually boil up the water, not even make it warm before throwing it on the floor, it uses cold cold water on your floor, which makes its own job so much harder, makes you have to pass it on the same spot 15 times before seeing a real difference , it only heat up water to clean itself up. But it’s able to clean itself with boiling hot water (I don’t understand why it cleans itself the right way and cleans the house the wrong way. And when its cleaning itself, it won’t charge, so it takes even longer to charge, I was assuming it was gonna charge and clean itself but NopeI just prefer to get a good robot that can do both and even if it’s not good enough, it’s going to be able to come back and do it multiple times once it gets it right. This Vaccum makes it so I have to come back multiple times until I get it right and then I have to waste my time. If you have to do it five times or more to get a single little spill on the floor taken care of, you might as well just buy a robot because you’re just wasting your time. If you were to do it yourself, you would be a lot easier and quicker.If you want something like this, I would say buy the one that will put out hot steam on the floor that will actually clean the floor. This is just putting cold water on the floor and making it wet, not really taking it anywhere.

Awesome Vacuum
I love this Vacuum! It’s great and does a fantastic job! Turns the house spotless. The suction power changes based on how dirty the floor is – that’s if you choose that option. It has the option to keep it on the setting you prefer. The emptying of dirty water and cleaning is very easy and not many pieces to clean. The vacuum is cordless and battery life lasts up to 3-4 rooms hardwood floors, depending on suction setting. Overall it’s straightforward.

Overall good, with some drawbacks
Overall, this is a very good vacuum.It is very quiet compared to my old Bissell, it is also easier to clean and cleans much better around the edges, I also really like the self cleaning mode. The only things I do not like is the self propelled mode and the voice instructions, while the voice instructions are helpful at first, I don’t need to hear them every time I use it and I haven’t found a way to turn it off. The self propelled is useful when there is a lot of empty open floor, where you can go several feet in one direction, but when working in smaller spaces and pushing and pulling it actually makes it harder since it’s trying to move forward when you are pulling it back, I haven’t found anywhere (manual included) where to turn this off. I believe the battery would last longer if the self propelled mode could be turned off.

The Narwal S30 has made cleaning my hard floors so much easier. The suction is strong, it vacuums and mops at the same time, and the heated self cleaning and drying keeps everything smelling fresh. It’s lightweight, cordless, and great at edge cleaning. I also love the disposable waste bag and the tangle-free roller.Overall, an excellent, easy to use vacuum and mop and definitely worth it.

Things I like:It propels forward, so I don’t have to push, and it moves fine even on uneven surfaces.Cleans well, especially the mopping. The smart mode tells you if you need to keep cleaning the area.Is very easy to use, not that complicated to understand the instructions.It’s not that heavy. Less than most vacuum cleaners.It performed great on hardwood and vinyl and ceramic tile floors.Things I didn’t like:Clean water tank and dirty water tanks are pretty small. So to clean my 3 bedroom I have had to empty and refill them 4 or 5 times, it was extra dirty too.Battery didn’t last a long time either. Had to charge it twice to cover the whole area.It tries to run away. Since it propels forward, you have to put in some effort to pull it back, not a lot though. Still better than most vacuum cleaners.It cried when I put it on a small rug. Didn’t work at all. The roller jammed.Best part is that the roller is cleaned by itself. Love thos functionality. This does that over 20 mins to clean and dry.I think it’s a bit on the expensive side, but I do think it’s worth the penny.I hate mopping because of the watery state the house is in, and I hate cleaning the mop after. I can’t touch the mop after cleaning. This one solves both those issues.Also, I have a dog who enjoys the mud a little too much, so this makes my life easier. I can just run it for 5 mins and all the mud gone.

Just what I needed, quality of the build is sturdy.I’m genuinely impressed with the Narwal S30! Not only does it do a fantastic job cleaning my hard floors with strong suction and easy maneuverability, but it’s also incredibly convenient in the small details. I love how compact the charging base is—it takes up so little space compared to other vac/mop systems I’ve owned. The design makes it so much easier to store without clutter.Another pleasant surprise is the way the vacuum naturally “pulls” forward while in use. This motion really helps release tension in my wrists and makes cleaning much less tiring, especially during longer sessions. Combined with its cordless design and self-cleaning feature, it feels effortless to use.The heated drying and disposable waste bag system are the icing on the cake—everything feels clean, hygienic, and low maintenance. Super lightweight to use with auto forward. Uses little soap product. Easy to clean and also has a self drying/ cleaning option for the roller. It tells you what areas need extra cleaning. If you have back issues this is really easy on your back. Unlike any vacuum. Does a great job. I’ve had it for a year and still working perfectly
