CONFUSING!! Help me!
So I added a Covid-19 lbs to my gut while I was working. I mostly blame Oreos, DoorDash, and my lack of willpower.Anyway I wasn’t feeling the best and my sister recommended adding a supplement to my diet. She also suggested I quit buying Oreos but that’s ridiculous and besides I’m back in the office so I don’t have access to them 9 hours a day.Anyway…So I order these One a Day vitamins, right?Cool. They get here. I take one a day. I still feel a little sluggish. I don’t want to quit buying Oreos so I check the bottle…Serving Size: Two tablets.TWO TABLETS?!?Whatchoo talkin’ bout, Willis? They are called One a Day.ONE A DAY!!!Shouldn’t that read: ONE tablet? So I’m like, okay wait, so there were 160 tablets and I thought that was a lot but I never actually did the math. Math is hard. It makes my head hurt. I was just like, well, I got the bulk size, like at Costco, so it’s like four months worth or something. So if I take two day instead of ONE a day and there are 160 tablets… 🤔 2 a day would be like 60 a month but I didn’t get them till like the 10th or whatever so like, that’s not a full month, but if it were two months would be 120 tablets and 3 months would be 180 tablets, why are there 160 tablets in the bottle???That’s like a month and 20 days worth.Wait…I got my bottle on the 10th or whatever…So I needed 20 for the rest of the month…W T FHow did Bayer know when I was going to order them and that I’d only need 20 for the first month?IS BAYER WORKING FOR THE ILLUMINATI?!?At that point I really started panicking. I mean I already know the Illuminati is listening to me through my phone because of the ads I get on Facebook after I have a random conversation and mention a product. Now the Illuminati is messing with my vitamins? What’s in these things?!The next part I don’t really remember. I was just told that they found me rocking back and forth in the corner hugging my knees mumbling “it said ONE a day” over and over. I’m much better now. The doctors and the nice place with the padded rooms let me come home yesterday. The bottle is still here though. It still says ONE a Day, but also says I have to take TWO.HELP!!!

Safe dosages
These are great. Easy to swallow and labs are better since taking these. I love that I can choose if I want to take one or two a day. The dosages are much smaller than the regular horse size multivitamins which is a plus. Please don’t change anything about this!

2 A Day not 1 A Day..but good none the less
They need to change the name to 2 a day not one a day. I did not notice that the directions state 2 a day so you don’t get as many weeks as I thought. That being said I do like the size”petite” and are easy to swallow and no after taste.

One a Day, but not this time
These are easy to swallow, hooray. But it is a bit deceptive to have a product that calls itself “ONE A DAY” require that you take two.

So far so good
Have not hurt my stomach or made me nauseous which is great. Quality is good and price point is reasonable! I have not taken these vitamins for long but I like that I am getting my minerals in.People freaking out for it not saying “2 A Day” make me laugh. It’s not that deep.

Good vitamin size for post bariatric surgery
I like these for the size since I prefer smaller pills after roux n y gastric bypass. These hurt my stomach if I don’t take with food. If it weren’t for that I would rate five stars.

Easy to swallow vitamin but priced high!
Great easy to swallow vitamin. The only drawback is the price compared to equate women’s multi vitamin which I had to split myself which was a pain!

“Petite” but I’m more petite
Okay, I’m a small person, and I’m a big baby when it comes to pills. I can do pills, but they have to be tiny and I can do soft gels better than these hard pills. With that being said, these pills, despite being petite and smaller than the original, are still huge for me. I have to cheer myself on every time I swallow these , and I cuss under my breath after every swallow. However, I can cut them into thirds and swallow them perfectly fine. All of you saying these are easy to swallow are soldiers and I am rather envious. Yes, I’m a baby, we’ve established that. What’s more important is that I’m a vegetarian and while I eat healthy and pretty clean, I think I also suck with fulfilling my daily vitamin intake. I’ve tried going without vitamins and focusing on getting nutrition straight from the source, but my acne’s been worse lately and over the years my hair keeps falling out, so I feel like that has to do with diet, and I have nutritional holes. I haven’t had a blood test or anything, so I don’t actually know for sure, but at the very least these give me peace of mind. What drew me to these multivites is that it has a good amount of vitamin A, D, E, Folic Acid, Biotin, Calcium, Iron, Copper, and Zinc. It has others, sure, but after searching acne.org forums and seeing what people said about nutritional deficiencies leading to skin and hair problems, these seemed like the ones to target. I’m kind of clueless about dosages and vitamins, but I have a vague idea of which ones I want to ingest, and this one fulfills all my needs. I was already taking biotin for my hair and B12 and Iron for being meat-free, so this one has it all compacted into one pill, which is convenient. I guess having to cut them up kind of defeats the purpose of it being all in one…but for someone lazy like me, I’d rather not have to open 5 pill bottles every morning and that’s enough for me to keep using these. I simply take 2 pills, chop them up, and have them with my breakfast.I bought mine in a drugstore and from what I can remember, the regular ones are cheaper for the amount of servings you get. Since I’m doing the pill chopping anyway, I think I’m going to get the regular ones next time to save money and maybe swallow less pill sections. But all in all, I’m very satisfied with these.UPDATE: It’s been something like a few weeks since I did my original review and since then I have trained myself to be able to swallow these pills whole. It just takes a lot of practice (at least for me). I had acne popping up on my cheeks and sides of my jaw and I think these pills helped get rid of them. There were other factors involved in my breakout but I think I also had vitamin deficiencies and these covered them. I will definitely keep taking these.UPDATE #2: Stopped taking these. While they were helping my skin clear up for a bit, I felt like they eventually started breaking me out because they had too many vitamins packed in one pill. Guess I’ll go the natural route and get my vitamins from foods. Bummer.

Have only tried them for 2 days yet but the percentages of each vitamin is good for daily intake and it’s enough for almost 3 months of daily usage
