    Game Changer
    I love this product! I’ve been making pies for over 30 years, all kinds, savory and sweet. Some of the crust recipes were sticker than others, making it difficult at times to roll out and transfer to pan. This was by far my least favorite part of making pies. Someone told me about these pie crust bags for rolling out so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m thrilled with the ease of use and how effective they were. I used one of my hardest recipes for rolling so I dusted the inside of the bag with a little flour before placing crust in. It worked like a charm! No stitching, perfect size and even thickness was achieved so quickly and without the usual headache. Transferring crust was just as easy! I love this product, it has been a total game changer in my pie making process. I’m going to purchase more as gifts for my pie making family and friends.

    GAME CHANGER!!!
    I just got this yesterday and made a pie today. I was a little nervous as some reviews said the sizing on the circles was off. WRONG!! I was amazed at how easy it was to use!! Note: you can lightly dust the inside with flour, I used a teaspoon, and didn’t even need that much, a huge plus. I made a 9 inch pie, so I rolled out to 11. The bottom crust, my error, was a little to thick on one side… It was so easy to put in the pie pan too! I just put the pie pan on it and inverted! Easy peasy. The 2nd crust, the top crust, did stick a little bit but not bad. (I forgot to redust) I am so glad I have this! I always had problems with evenness of rolling and with the size too. NOT ANYMORE!! Clean rolling pin and counter too! I washed it in the sink and towel dried a bit, then hung it on a drying rack. Dried very fast!!

    I liked it, but just one issue
    Used this for two pies yesterday…Pros: I didn’t have to cover my counter top with flour, the dough rolled out well and did not stick. Con: The zipper broke with the first pie. I’m keeping it because there is no problem using it without a zipper. I only deducted one “Over All” star for the zipper breaking, but as I said the zipper isn’t really needed. I deducted one star for “Easy to clean” because the zipper is a plastic zipper with cloth attachment, you can’t really dry it and put away. I hung it on two hangers separated so the cloth part could dry. 5 Stars for “Easy to Use” because it really is, I sprinkled a tiny bit of flour and spread it around on the inside before adding the dough, flattened it a bit with hands, cover and roll (no messy flour to clean up on the counter, or floor:)). Not sure if I needed to sprinkle a little flour inside, but old habits are hard to break. One star for “Durability” for the zipper only. I’d recommend this for the ease of use, but just don’t bother with the zipper.

    Amazing for GF dough
    Anyone who bakes gluten free knows that the doughs can be tricky to roll out. At least I hope it’s not just me who has trouble with it. This little guide made it so easy to roll out my pie crust dough. SO much better than using two sheets of cling wrap. I wet my hand with water and swiped around the inside of the top & bottom flaps. The first dough round was rolled a little too thin on the edges and had to be coaxed away. But the second dough round was rolled to a standard and even thickness and it peeled away nice and clean. It was nice to not have to worry about my dough squishing out the sides of too narrow cling wrap sheets. The guide is plenty big enough to roll out a 9 inch crust with a good amount to overhang for crimping.

    Made a Pie Crust and My Kitchen is CLEAN!!!
    I started making pies about 2 years ago and enjoy it — except the messy counters and floors from rolling the crust. Usually I am leery of gadget suggestions based on my viewing and buying history; but when this one popped up, I was intrigued.I floured both surfaces inside of the bag, threw a little flour on the top and bottom of the pie crust disc, put the dough disc in the center of the bag, zipped it up, and rolled it out using a heavy marble rolling pin—flipping over occasionally to ensure even thickness. Occasionally, I unzipped it, pulled the bag away from the dough and rubbed both sides with a little more flour.The silicone is soft and easy to work with. Though not transparent, I could see the dough rolling out and quickly taking the form of the 12-inch circle. The edges of the crust didn’t tear and I easily transferred it from the bag to the pie pan.The silicone bag cleaned up with water and my Norwex kitchen cloth. The rolling pin was spotless. Afterward, I stepped back and looked at the kitchen. No flour on the counters (a little on the floor because I always get crazy sprinkling over the dough—my fault).So grateful that Amazon made this “suggestion”.

    Dough doesn’t stick to the bag
    I bought this to replace an old pie bag that was clear plastic. This silicone is much heavier and dough doesn’t stick but the silicone is so thick I couldn’t see where the dough was. When I opened it the dough was pushed to one corner. Glad I kept my old one.

    Works great and keeps the mess to a minimum
    I used this pastry rolling bag for the first time a few weeks ago and what a difference it made in rolling out dough. From reading some other reviews, I learned that it is important to flour the inside of the bag if you don’t want the dough to stick. It did take a minute to get the hang of rolling it, though. The bag is sturdy and the zipper works well to enclose all the mess that rolling dough can entail. I particularly appreciate the size markings so I don’t have to measure. Cleaning is a breeze. I just opened it up all the way and used a soapy sponge, then laid it out overnight to dry. I think it’s important to let the cloth zipper part dry completely before rolling it up to store. I tend to make a huge floury mess with dough, so this bag has been a revelation.

    I have used this a few times now. It makes it so easy to roll out dough. The dough usually comes off the bag easily. If my dough is a little sticky I just put some flour on the bag before rolling. Sizing the dough is easy with the circles on the bag. When I am ready to put the dough on a pie I can simply unzip the bag, open it and then use the bag to flip the dough onto the pie.
