Love this product!
I love this diffuser! So easy to use with my iPhone. I can regulate it when it comes on and go off, plus the strength of the smell….low, medium or strong. So many smells to choose!I’ve already ordered different smells.I’m very happy with this product.

If you like Pura you like it.It’s easy to use and no more expensive than candles and it is safer as far as fire. I love all the different fragrance options and combinations it’s great for any home and always makes a great gift.

Received used and defective product
I ordered one directly from the Pura website and one off of Amazon but unfortunately the one from Amazon does not work. I contacted customer care through Pura and they said it was due to a part not working but if this was new and unused then it should be working. My first time buying something from Amazon where it was used. Super disappointed.

Works great, but takes some trial and error to optimize fragrances
Pura is an awesome way to give your house a lovely scent. There are literally more fragrance options than I can count, and of the 20 or so I have tried, I have yet to be disappointed. To control your Pura you have to use the app. It’s simple enough to program different schedules to turn on whenever you desire. They could make it a little more user friendly but it’s good enough for now and they have improved slowly over time. Other than the smell, you can hardly recognize when the Pura is running – if you want to know that its running you can program the light to be on and you can choose any color for the light – A neat feature for knowing which fragrance of the 2 bays is running.The only difficulty I find with the Pura is that some fragrances are very strong and linger, whilst others may not be as strong and dissipate quickly. And of course there’s a spectrum between these two. The issue here becomes that until you know which fragrance you like, you may be running the programs too long and/or with the wrong intensity (3 choices: Subtle, Medium, Strong). In my case, running them too long and too strong led to the vials running out too quickly, which becomes expensive to refill. However, once you dial in to your needs you can find optimal schedules that elongate the longevity of the vial. Most recently I am set to run for about 4 hours out of each day (Morning, Mid-day x2, night). I run this everyday and am getting about 60 days out of one fragrance vial

It’s just the device, no included starter vials
I never heard of this brand/type before but seemed like a great idea. It looks nice, plugs in fine, has instructions for the app but it’s JUST the device. No included starter scents. So I figured I’d buy some of the scent vials but…holy doolie they are so crazy expensive! $25-$40 for a 2 pack! If it included a sample or 2 that would be great because then you could test it and see how the scent goes. I’m not dropping that kind of money for something that I have no idea how it smells or diffuses. It’s probably and they most likely smell nice but I’m not burning that kind of money for the unknown. So at the end of the day I can’t give it 5 stars because I can’t test it but I can’t give it just one or 2 either as the device itself seems okay.
