Great supplement from a trusted brand
I stopped taking probiotics a little while ago after watching a Netflicx documentary saying that basically these don’t do much (“it’s like planting a house plant in the forest and hope that it takes” was pretty much their message), but I have noticed significant bloating and discomfort since. In an ideal world, you would be able to get your 30+ kids of fresh veggies and fruits every week to keep your gut flora happy, but in today’s society we know that the stuff you get in the stores is shipped from hundreds of miles away, grown in an impoverished soil, etc. etc. so I am all for trying these again and see if anything changes.I have been taking them religiously for about 2 weeks now, and while I haven’t seen a huge difference yet, they have definitely improved my digestion. Easy to take with a glass of water. Recommended.

I’ve used several Renew Life products and have liked them all. These probiotics are another winner for me. They’ve got me feeling less bloated and more comfortable with digesting my food. They have no noticeable smell or taste for me.

I’ve been taking probiotics for many years and the Renew Life brand is one I often take. The capsules are large, but easy to swallow and there is no taste. I find that by the end of the month of taking these, I do get indigestion, but it goes away once I change to another brand for the next month.

High Potency Symbiotic from a Trusted Brand
Renew Life is a trusted brand that I’ve used for years, so I jumped at the chance to try their latest product. Their probiotics are always high quality.This one contains 70 billion, consisting of 26 strains. What’s also different about this one is that it has pre-biotics (fiber, food for the probiotics), probiotics, and post-biotics. They call it a symbiotic 3 in 1.You take one per day and there are 30 capsules per bottle. The capsules are relatively easy to swallow.They come in a dark-tinted glass bottle. They are missing a flip top cap.I love that they’re dairy-free and do not require refrigeration.You don’t have to be over 50 to benefit from these capsules. Also, they say they’re acid-resistant. Well, high acid is NOT something that people 50+ usually deal with. To the contrary, they usually have low stomach acid, so I’m not sure how necessary this is.At almost $40/bottle, you only get 30 capsules. I feel like these should not cost more than $33.As to how effective they are, I’ve only been taking them for about a week, so I’m not yet sure. The main reason I’m taking this high of an amount is to fight off infection, and they may be helping my body do that.They smell a little bit like cereal/wheat for some reason. It’s not a bad smell.I don’t think you can go wrong with these, but they are a bit pricey.

Quality Probiotic Supplement
10/13/25 This review is for Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotics for Women 50+ 70 Billion CFU Delayed Release Vegan Capsules | Vaginal | Digestive Health | Immune Health | Dairy Free | 30 Count. I am a long time Renew Life customer; however, this version of probiotics formulated for women is new to me. I have been taking this for about a week and haven’t had any negative effects. It works just as well as their other formulas. I like that you just take one of these per day and that they are a small capsule. There is no odor to them and no taste. They improve my digestive process, keep me regular and I believe this new version, is indeed improving my vaginal health. The only thing I am not the biggest fan of is their switch to glass bottles. They are too large for the 30 capsules and in my area, glass is not recyclable. I’d love to see them go back to the more compact recyclable plastic containers. They are also getting a bit expensive at $38 for a 30 day supply. I’d love to see these more affordable or offered in a larger quantity at a more substantial discount so more more people could benefit from them, but I cannot speak highly enough about their probiotics and would recommend them to anyone wanting to support their health.
