Extensive blend of probiotics and supporting supplements
The bottle contains 30 capsules, with a recommended dosage of 1 daily, so this is a 30-day supply. The capsule is fairly slim and easy to to swallow. The capsule is a delayed action as well. The formula has an extensive blend of probiotics as well as supporting ingredients such as cranberry fruit juice and gentle fiber. My only niggle is that the glass bottle is really big for just 30 small capsules, but otherwise this is a quality formula made by a quality US company.

As my review was deleted I will try to be more specific about which information is from the box and which is from me, and by absolutely no means am I suggesting or “proscribing” anything to anyone at all. Just giving my experience and additional information about some ingredients that I’m familiar or not familiar with. Just to be clear. My opinions – and info from box – and my Opinions alone. Ok? Here we go, again.Information from the box:[26 Probiotic strains. 30 Delayed Release Vegan Capsules.70 billion CFU per serving / capsule.]After the probiotic strains ingredients list:Information on box:[Triple-Action Digesting Blend: Ptotease, Cellulase, Bromelain.]I know that bromelain is from fruit (pineapple and papaya I believe,) and is sometimes recommended by some people for help digesting. – I am not claiming or saying to do so, just adding information I’ve seen in many places over many years. – The other two might be from fruit too, but I’m less familiar with those.Information on box, continuing with ingredients list:[Vaginal Flush Probiotic Blend: organic Cranberry fruit juice concentrate, organic Rice fiber extract blend, D-Mannose, organic Acacia fiber, organic Rice fiber.]These product contains Rice. So if you are allergic to rice, this product has rice, do with that information as you will. (I would just state the obvious, but maybe that’s why they decided to delete my previous review, because I did state the obvious.)From box:[Free of gluten, dairy, soy. No refrigeration required.]My OPINION and just my opinion.I think this is a good product. I believe that more strains of probiotics is better, and this has the most strains I’ve seen yet.I did try making some yogurt / kefir with this, and a pinch of of a previous batch (aka the starter I saved from last batch of fermented milk), with some soy milk. It did turn out great, but there’s a lot of variables with that so until that result can be reproduced it may have been a – really tasty – fluke.I will definitely try it in the yogurt again though.

8/29/25 This review is for Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotics for Women 70 Billion CFU Delayed Release Vegan Capsules | Doctor Formulated | Vaginal | Digestive Health | Immune Health | Dairy Free | 30 Count. I use Renew Life probiotics on a daily basis and love them. This women’s version is new to me, but it makes sense. I did not experience any issues swapping this version for the regular version I take. No stomach or intestinal issues. The capsules themselves are very similar to what I’m used to from them, small/slender, no odor, no taste and are easy to swallow. They are time delayed, so the contents aren’t degraded by stomach acid before they reach where they need to go, which is important to me. I like the spectrum of strains they include and the extras for women’s health. I am not the biggest fan of their change in packaging to glass containers. The plastic ones I could recycle, these I cannot. The bottles are also way oversized for the 30 capsules inside. I’m not sure why they went in this direction, but I like the old packaging better, especially when I could buy a larger quantity per bottle (and get a little bit of a price break) since I take them daily. They are; however, quality supplements and I would recommend these highly.

Chang in color of ingredients lately
Have been using these since they were a bit cheaper with more CFU, however, lately they seem to turn black, like the pepper in them changes the color of the ingredients. It may also be in the other pills in my pill container causing this change. I have never had this problem with any other Probiotics.

I have been using Renew life probiotics for years and years and feel they are the top shelf in probiotic care. Easy to swallow and great effectiveness for keeping up with my gut flora. The mixture of bacteria is perfect and I feel like I am doing the right thing for myself.They delayed vegan make of the pill makes this is perfect choice to get the probiotic to the area it is needed most without it getting destroyed before deliveryWhat I really like about this combination is the inclusion of Bifidobacterium with is also present in food such as Sauerkraut and Kimchi.

This probiotic works really well and feels very gentle. I noticed better digestion, reduced bloating, and overall balance after taking it daily.It’s strong but easy on the stomach, and I appreciate the high-quality strains. Definitely recommend for women looking for extra support.
