Helps me relax and take the edge off
I was skeptical at first, but these gummies actually work! I take 2-3 in the evening when I’m feeling tense, and within half an hour I can feel myself unwind. They help me calm down and sleep better, but the best part is I don’t feel groggy or “drugged” the next morning.It’s more like my body just feels relaxed – not sedated. I’ve even taken them during the day when I’m stressed and still feel totally normal, just less on edge. The flavor is great too (kind of fruity and not too sweet).Honestly, these have become part of my daily routine. If you’re looking for something gentle that takes the edge off without knocking you out, I definitely recommend giving them a try.

Crunchy n sticky…
Let me say we love gummy vitamins.. and have tried 100s… these are very different.You can see the grains of sugar from outside the jar and they were sort of moist /sticky and some were stuck together..They get on ur hands..When you chew them they are soft and grainy like sugar grains you can feel crunching in between your teethNot the typical gelatin or clear jello consistency these are cloudy.The taste is good over all tart and sweet sort of maybe a more “natural “flavor compared to what is usually artificial flavoring.These are on the expensive side at .50 per gummy… so all considered i wouldn’t buy these again..I buy ALOT of vitamins and supplements – primarily for what they are supposed to do for you.. not because I ever notice a difference in my real life lol – is that bad? well, I still buy them, and we still take them and will continue to do so.. Gummies, in general, are probably never the best value for a supplement, but they make them a treat, and I’m far more likely to take them vs. just look at them in my cabinet… And I do believe that the non pill form allows the ingredients to be more bio available for your body, thus more likely to be absorbed vs just passed through. THIS PRODUCT like all gummy vitamins IS A TREAT! not a deal They are not the best “candy” you can get your hands on but They are at least WAY better for you!.. I usually max out supplements at 4 star as i cant speak to results

I absolutely love this product! I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks, but I’ve already noticed the difference. Cortisol poisoning ain’t got nothing on me!

Tangy Crunchy Delight
These little gummies are very soft and easy to take! They are sweet and have a crunch from biting in from the sugar crystals. You can definitely taste the lemon and citric acid tartness, so be aware if that’s not your thing — fortunately it is for me! It’s a bit interesting that they chose to use multiple different sweeteners. Be sure to check the ingredients to make sure there’s nothing you aren’t comfortable with. It’s dangerous that these are so yummy, considering the serving size is just two gummies — only up to twice a day (for 4 gummies total). However, keep in mind that it lists a “cortisol care blend” that is made up of “lemon balm and taurine), 2000 mg per serving. It’s not clear how much of that exactly is taurine, but taurine should be had in limited amounts depending on your own health. I have leukemia, so I stick to just 2 per day maximum, mostly many hours apart. The known “safe upper limit” is 3000 mg of straight taurine daily, but again, this is a lemon balm + taurine blend so I wish they were more clear on that.Do they work? I can’t say for sure, because I don’t have enough emperical data to say so — but I do know that I sometimes get a bit of anxiety when work piles on pressure, but I did not feel stressed at all this week despite being piled on with a ton of “hot” jobs at work. Anecdotally, I would say yes, they do work and I am going to continue them (kind of hard not to, when they’re so tasty)!One warning though — see photo. These are a bit sticky, and often they are stuck together in twos. They definitely come off easily without problem, but then your fingers get sticky. Just be prepared!
