Works great for even the most rashy bums. Doesn’t have a terrible odor (I’m looking at you Desitin max strength) but is still thick and works well.Con is its super expensive so only use if desperate. This is not everyday use stuff

Great for dermatitis
Grateful for this stuff! I had a breakout around my nose of dermatitis. It drove me crazy for around a month! Red and inflamed and itchy. I tried an aloe hydrocortisone cream and it kept getting worse. I did some research and read that a zinc cream would help the best, so I gave this a shot. After suffering for a month its already going away in just a few days of use! I’m so relieved and grateful. The redness has gone way down and the rash itself is almost gone!
