Very cute design, works well with the same company’s chalk markers. Wish they made a matching blank board because we had to buy an off brand to go under it and they don’t match in color or design. The size is perfect and cleans off easily.

Great calendar
Love this calendar! We have the dark brown boarder is it’s gorgeous. It definitely helps us keep track of everything thats happening in the month. The markers that come with it are not the best but they do show up. The chalk markers dry perfectly to it so theres no smudging. The magnets hold all of our important papers. Its definitely worth the buy.

Beautiful board, but no chalk markers included.
**Edited: Now that my chalk markers arrived (again, NO markers came with my board!), I can report that this board is truly amazing. I’ve used lots of colors all over the board, then cleaned off with a damp paper towel. There is no bleeding of color onto the white lines; the chalk markers come off completely and leave a clean surface to use again. The surface is smooth and the white border lines and printing on the board have no defects. The wooden frame around the board provides a great finish to the product. I am 100% happy with this.My magnetized blackboard arrived today. It is in perfect shape and it looks beautiful! I was under the impression from other reviews that it would come with a couple of chalk markers, but it did not. So I will have to wait until the ones I ordered separately arrive tomorrow to really test it out. For the price I paid for this board, I don’t think the company would have lost money by including some markers with it. I tried using my wet erase markers but they do not show up on the black surface. If it had included a couple of chalk markers so I could use it right away, I would’ve given it a five.

I love love love this product! It looks super cute in my kitchen and is a great way to have a calendar and a meal plan to reference. Can I also just say the markers are AMAZING! I was creating my calendar for the month and my two year old was there “helping” me. I had bought an additional pack of Loddie Doddie markers and as my son was going through the markers trying to name all the colors (and for some reason he had to open each marker and point to the color) he dropped one. Not just any color too, it was the bright orange marker on my new light gray carpet. But guess what? Not only do these markers clean up easily with water on the blackboard, it easily came out of the carpet with just a little water on my rag. I was so impressed!One other thing, I don’t have great handwriting but for some magical reason when I write on these chalkboards my handwriting looks 10 times better than it does on paper. I will take that any day! I will also note that they have EXCELLENT customer service! I ordered my first calendar board but when I erased it, it had left a little ghosted part on some of the board. I wrote to them and they responded quickly and when I showed how it wasn’t quite living up to what I had hoped they immediately sent me a new one! Like I said…I love love love this product!

Cannot get the chalk marker to wash off!
I have tried to clean the board numerous ways and the markers don’t come off fully! I have also tried different marker brands to see if that was the issue. You can always see previous month’s writings on it.Review edit: I contacted customer service and they were phenomenal. They sent me a replacement board which I have no issue with. I also recommend using their brand of chalk markers because they work way better than other brands I have tried!!!

Je conseille d’utiliser des papiers essuis-tout et du Windex pour effacer les traces de marqueurs. De l’eau fonctionne aussi mais, je préfère le Windex. Par contre, la partie babillard va recevoir des traces des gouttes de l’encre des marqueurs, après l’avoir laver (voir photo) et cette même partie est assez mince. Donc, les épingles traversent le tableau.
